A recent study by the American Psychological Association revealed that 40 to 50 percent of all marriages end in divorce. With stats like these there’s no wonder that over 12 million couples live together unmarried.
So what’s the key to having a healthy and happy relationship? Relationship therapist Dr. Viviana says it all comes down to sex.

“ The next time you are out walking the dogs a simple what did you like best about the last time we messed around could do the trick,” said Viviana.

- Offer up positives first.
- Keep conversations short, cap it at 20 minutes.
- Never bring it up during the actual act.
Dr. Viviana says that talking about what you desire in the bedroom is just the beginning. Adding something new to a dull sex routine can prove to be what’s been missing.
